Search Engines and Traffic
For over a decade there has been a lot of preaching and advertising about 'search engine optimization'. It's a constant push and pull between the scammers who promise miraculous results just because they've found a flaw in the search engine systems in place, and the search engines that adapt to prevent this sort of abuse. Like it or not, you aren't going to sell much vinyl siding by disguising it as 'male enhancement'.
Think about the ancient days when all you had was a phone book. The quality and content of the ads likely gave you a place to start when there was no word-of-mouth advice to help. You can't trick the system for long enough to make any real difference, or at least not any real 'good' difference. If you are one among many then your only hope to stand out to your potential customers will be in the things that set you apart from the competition. Getting one step above them in search engine results doesn't do much.
Something else worth considering is that you don't want to flood yourself with uninterested traffic. It won't help you to spend your time, money, and bandwidth trying to get visitors who are looking to refinance a mortgage if you are selling auto insurance. Relevant traffic is the key.
We can work with you to whatever degree of depth you want and really focus on what it is that motivates your target audience, what they are likely to search for, and how to make your site show up and stand out in the search results. When you are getting relevant traffic, your hit/miss ratio might seem misleading to your competition but your bank will know the difference.
